Re: Ravens N' Pennies - GURPS Content Posts
That's just a damn stupid error on my part. Thanks, D.

It says OR 75 in one place and OR 81 in another. Aren't rust monsters (because, let's face it, this is a rust monster) copyrighted?
Looks good otherwise.

That's a iteration error - I have fixed it. And sure, Rust Monsters are copyrighted, thus the serial filing. ;-)

Re: Ravens N' Pennies - GURPS Content Posts
I misread it as rust beaver, which I thought was awesome as I recently did a TPK in Legend of the Zeroes involving mutant beavers
How would you fix rusted items? Greater Restore Matter in RPM? Repair in Magic Magic? Is the 4 second refresh per reaver or for all reavers? Can 10 reavers all hit in the same round? Very amusing, thanks! |

Mundane ways are not gonna work at all. You'll need some form of supernatural help. Probably Lesser Restore Matter plus Healing dice to restore the item's lost HP. If it's damaged - yeah - if it's gone you'll need Rebuild. Per Reaver - if ten of them gang up on your your metal gear is gone. Don't get ganged up on. Yeah, but resolve each attack seperately. :-) Most welcome.

Gamemaster’s Guidepost: Mad as Bones Part II
So Mad as Bones still had some more things to shake out and after Celti so obligingly pointed them out to me (and let me cheat off his test), I've added some more options including rules for cultural/linguistic shock, shell shock/PTSD, new prebuilt sanity sapping attacks, and much much more. What's that you say? You're not a patron? Well why the Devil not?! It's just a dollar a month right now for access to all current and back issues. Plus I'll be adding adventures, mini-locations, and much much more in the future. If you're really adventurous you might even consider becoming a Benefactor to get privileged access to my Pyramid articles (or suggesting topics for me to write to!) before they are sent off. Wouldn't it be fun to have playtested It's a Threat! or Alternative Ritual Path Magic?

Re: Ravens N' Pennies - GURPS Content Posts
One thing that might help is if there was a way you could add the article title near the top of the Description on the 'Creations' page at Patreon and add it into the file name, so that trying to find and reread 'Mad as Bones' 1 was not a foray into detective work!
I think this is pretty interesting, one thing, you've expanded rules for regaining Sanity Points, but, Magic is not mentioned I would think then that 'Lesser Restore Mind' for 'subjects who are not at -1 x SP' and Greater Restore Mind for subjects beyond that (since that is the break point for speed of restoration calculation by natural rest) Any ideas on a Magic Magic approach? There are Magic Magic spells for fixing mental disads, for after the Sanity Point damage has inflicted them, but getting rid of the Sanity Point Damage is another story Would fixing disads caused by Sanity Point Damage accrual follow similar to the discussion of healing missing limbs with RPM? Heal them for the amount of SP that caused them to pick up the disad? Whoa! Hey! Sanity Points are like Fatigue and Hit Points, Fatigue and Hit Points are used to power spells, Spells in some mythos cause people to have sanity issues! Would it be valid for people to voluntary sacrifice their Sanity Points to fling spells? How would sanity points trade on powering spells for RPM/Magic Magic? You know, for a topic I usually have utterly no interest in, this is a surprisingly cool and interesting article that may, maybe, cause me to have interest in the topic! Of course, considering its a team up with you and Celti and both of you are pretty cool I shouldn't be surprised |

Re: Ravens N' Pennies - GURPS Content Posts
As I noted in this issue at the end - it's going to need a entire post to cover all that stuff and it's already queued up for the future. :-)
