I think you can take empties as one of your "pick 3" selections (and someone from SJG is welcome to correct me if I'm wrong), but to my knowledge "Car Wars + Three" doesn't include empties right out of the gate.

The $260 level, on the other hand, does. It's all 13 games plus an 8-pack of boxes [so in effect, you're getting the 8 empties free].
