Thanks for the demo scenarios. I checked them out, as I plan to demo Melee and Wizard at a small board game convention near me at the end of the month. The scenarios talk a bit about differing levels, characters moving from one level to another etc, but I can't find anything about for instance how many levels the stairs are, how high up the numbered terrain pieces are, if there are any higher or lower parts of those etc. Is the details of the terrain pieces something that could also be shared?

I can try. Using the pics from the Daily Illuminator post -- http://www.sjgames.com/ill/archive/M...e_Fantasy_Trip -- and Photoshop, I put together this image which may help.

0 = the base level.
1 = +1 up from base.
2 = +2 up from base/+1 up from 1.
3 = +3 up from base/+1 up from 2.
4 = +4 up from base/+1 up from 3.
5 = +5 up from base/+1 up from 4.

I hope that helps you better visualize the terrain pieces.

Thanks!

I'm hoping to get some cardboard heroes printed up on cardstock, plus buying a big dry-erase writeable battle mat, but some 3-D terrain could be a neat detail to add as well. Might increase interest too.

For the scenarios, you could dump the elevations and just turn some of the hexes into magical fields that cannot be entered . . . or that cause damage if entered.
