Level 9 player kicks down the door; receives level 1 potted plant.
Other players try as they might, but cannot buff it enough to avoid the win, so in a last ditch effort someone plays the "Out to lunch" card on it.

Given that this card implies that the monster wasn't there, does this allow the player to then go looking for trouble?
