Default [Dungeon Fantasy]Holy Symbol/Weapon

I'm building a set of pre-made characters and wanting to make the Cleric be a priest of Thor and the hammer he wields as a weapon also be his holy symbol. How would I go about doing that? Would it be as simple as adding the cost of the appropriately leveled holy symbol to the weapon, or is it mirroring an enchantment I could add to it?

Unsurprisingly, DF Clerics has the rules. I'm in Austin away from my books right now, though, so that's all I can tell you from memory. :)

DF7 Clerics. Page 33

looks like +$50 to the normal cost of the weapon, but if you want it to be blessed then it gets more expensive.

I've got them on my hard disk, so I'll just check that.

Edit:

As a side note, what would a one-handed Mjolnir-like hammer actually be using GURPS? I'm thinking a Small Mace, but the Hatchet stats converted to do crushing damage fit the weapon stats for the Mallet in the tool listings.

I think a Crushing Hatchet is a very good idea, but if your hammer runs more to the Marvel-style Mjolnir (cinder block on a stick), Mace would be the way to go. If you are playing DF style, instead of a more realistic setting, a Throw-able Heavy Mace might fit the bill.

I ended up using the Small Mace with two pieces of logic: 1) It's a starting character and 2) It's about as big as a Craftsman driller hammer I use during rituals.

I figure it being a hammer with two faces and not a more club-like mace is simply a special effect.

You COULD use the Martial Arts rules to add another hammer head to it. I think this might give the cleric a backup striking surface in case of an accident, but mostly just increases the cost and weight of the weapon for no significant benefit.

I'm a big fan of the "cinder block on a short-hafted stick" style of fantasy weapon, but only with tongue firmly in cheek ;)
