Default CIA/FBI/DEA and other alphabet soup operatives.

Where would I find GURPS stats for federal alphabet soup operatives? I need to make some pregens for a game I'm running and it would be good to have some baselines. I know there was a 3rd ed Police book. Area there any other sources I should check out?

Thanks

Depends on preferred point level and cinematics. Action and Monster Hunters may be just the ticket, depending.

Thanks.
I'm going to be running a Delta Green scenario using GURPS.
So I need realistic humans, not action heroes.

But I'll have a look a those and see if I can take their character lenses and just mellow them a bit.

Best advice I can give in that regard is to split points in Wildcard Skills amongst various mundane skills.

Well IMHO I would say that for your purposes MH will not be helpful (not that it isn't useful for other games or one of my favourite series) as there is only one detective type template and its cinematic to the max! Action also has exactly one investigation based template.

Now there is a law enforcement lens, but that's a paragraph or two of text.

Books like Mysteries or 3E Cops would help you out a little more on the template side. Horror has two appropriate templates right there.

I think what youre more after though is 3E GURPS Conspiracy X which does have a DEA, Secret Service, FBI etc templates. Once again these are a very small part of (in this case especially) a much larger book.

I think there might even be some Pyramid articles to track down.

I came up with a federal law enforcement NPC sheet that might fit. It's a 150 point template, making it slightly cinematic, and granted intended for a cinematic superhero universe... but I based it off what I could find of real life FBI field agent training. YMMV, of course.

Mind, it doesn't quite fit a true occupational template, but it should give you a place to start.

Thanks. I'll have a look at those.
I have a friend who owns most of the 3rd ed books, it's like having a personal library.

Given its unlikely we will get a GURPS book on any of these agencies anytime soon I always have high hopes someone will spend a week or two watching as many movies or tv series as possible along with reading a biography or two and give us a five page 'X in Fiction' pyramid article complete with a template for each of these agencies.

Espionage (also 3e) will also have some useful notes on the CIA, NSA, etc, although the technology will be rather dated.
