Default GCA Templates

I am working on a set of templates for an upcoming space game. I was wondering if there is a way to setup so that the template shows a vehicle and when selected it adds both the use of the vehicle and its corresponding mechanical skill.

Yes. You could use a #ChoiceList to provide the user with a list of vehicles, and ask the user to choose one. When one is chosen, the #ChoiceList can put the necessary text into the adds() tag that would result in the appropriate skills being added to the character by the template.

The data files make extensive use of #ChoiceList, so there are a lot of examples of it in use.
