Perhaps "Overall sense of town layout" is good use of a One Trick Wonder Perk?

Although I really question whether MOUT towns can give it to you anyway, I've been through MOUT towns, and I've been to real cities all over the world (engaged in MOUT in fact). While I do have a pretty good feel for American and Japanese cities, it breaks down in other parts of the world. In particular in the Middle East no logic seems to apply in urban layouts.

It's noted in GURPS Space that there can be a hefty penalty for different cultures until the character gets used to it.

For someone with basic MOUT training, sure, I guess. I'd make it 'Building Layout' and not town layout, since town layout is such a large part of the skill.

But since it's impossible to raise skill above Per with One Trick Wonder, it's unsuitable for marines that have attended advanced urban commando courses. That's why I'm sceptical about using it for these troops, as most experienced Marines will have Urban Survival at Per+1 or more.

Don't forget that they have TL10 self-cleaning materials and cleaning robots. If you keep things tidy, they will keep themselves clean.

It was without a prerequisite in 3e. My bad.

Dropped from the basic template, but still present in the Assault Pioneer lens.

Very good.

Housekeeping will represent those Marines who can deal with stuff that has the cleaning droids puzzled.

That is definitely in there. See Perks.

That's a 0-point Feature. I can mention it if you like.

Bad? I only noticed because I was working on the same kinda thing:)
Re Sterility - I thought Bret meant sterile as in clean.
And yes I do have Clueless with Perk level NSOH.
