Nightfall Shipping

According to FMGs website they started shipping Nightfall today, still no word on international shipping however.

Update 5/19/2014:

Shipping begins! We've begun shipping our first three hundred sets today, with more to follow shortly. Because of printing delays, the booklet is not ready so it will not be in this first round. We will be shipping it later when it's ready.

It was the scenario booklet that was the selling point for me, not the counters (I already have more than I can ever use in a single game). I hope this book isn't vaporware.

Actually, I am in the same boat as Suboptimal00: my change of address was never acknowledged. Does anyone have an e-mail address with which they have been able to contact FMG...and have received correspondence?

The irony isn't lost on me; all this time and nothing, and now I feel like I have to rush (and it is ultimately my fault since I didn't follow up over the months). Still, any help would be appreciated.

I emailed them about international orders and haven't heard anything back yet so I guess that they are shipping domestic US first no matter when ordered as I pre-ordered within the first week of them announcing pre-orders.....
Just noticed I ordered on the 12 Sep 2012!
would be nice for them to do it in order of those who supported them earliest but doesn't look likely now :-(

I have moved all of my reading and nearly all of my book-buying to e-books and PDF, so I would also prefer a PDF to an actual book. Failing that, I'd like to be able to get a PDF copy even if a physical copy is available.

(The exceptions to my book-buying habits are books of art and books about architecture. Large pictures still come across better on paper - provided it's the right kind and size of paper, of course.)
