April 13, 2013 and not a peep. I've been dropping FMG weekly email requesting my order status to no avail. I'm sure they are going straight to the spam folder. Annoying.

Emailing Michael did prove to get results. He sent this to me earlier today:

It's upsetting that Gary was apparently off travelling the world on other people's money when he can't be bothered to respond to emails, mail out product he owes, or even provide the least bit of customer service.
Still waiting for any kind of response. No update to the website in almost 4 months. Better Business Bureau reports on FMG are terrible. No surprise there. |

To be fair, most BBB reports are negative. When's the last time you had a good experience with a company and thought, "I should let the BBB know about this!"

I tried a politely worded letter a few weeks ago and a few weeks latter, yep nothing. I don't know if Gary was off playing Great White Hunter or just looking a the critters in May but those things are often nonrefundable so I can't be too angry at that. Not fulfilling orders after months I can fault.

So rumor has it that they are shipping out again. Will email them again to find out.
Another option, since we paid via Paypal, is to report them to Paypal and let Paypal open up a dispute. |

One person on the BBG Orge Nightfall forum has stated that he has received his order. About a month ago, I believe.
