Emailing Michael did prove to get results. He sent this to me earlier today:
Hello Damien,

Gary has told me that your order is going out this week and he has received your address update. Your counters should be arriving soon.

It's upsetting that Gary was apparently off travelling the world on other people's money when he can't be bothered to respond to emails, mail out product he owes, or even provide the least bit of customer service.

Still waiting for any kind of response. No update to the website in almost 4 months.

Better Business Bureau reports on FMG are terrible. No surprise there.

To be fair, most BBB reports are negative. When's the last time you had a good experience with a company and thought, "I should let the BBB know about this!"

I tried a politely worded letter a few weeks ago and a few weeks latter, yep nothing. I don't know if Gary was off playing Great White Hunter or just looking a the critters in May but those things are often nonrefundable so I can't be too angry at that. Not fulfilling orders after months I can fault.

The BBB report is not the same thing as the negative reports made by the individual people with the BBB. The BBB report is based on far more, including efforts made by the company in question to at least represent themselves.

In other words, even if a company has a bunch of negative reports against it, if it represents itself as a credible and responsible company, then it won't necessarily have an overall negative report.

Oh, I see. You're talking about the BBB's own reports, not customer complaints.

Another option, since we paid via Paypal, is to report them to Paypal and let Paypal open up a dispute.

One person on the BBG Orge Nightfall forum has stated that he has received his order. About a month ago, I believe.
