Re: Running away from Cerberus
For Curse: Thrown In The Arena (on your next/current combat, you can only get combat bonuses from Hand items), can the person afflicted by the curse still use one-shot items to give himself a bonus?

Re: Thrown Into the Arena
I split this into a new thread because it wasn't related to the previous question. Much easier for people to find answers that way.
No, the player may not use one-shot Items to gain a combat bonus. Hand Items only.

Re: Thrown Into the Arena
Can I play this on someone who has JUST kicked the door and reveal a monster? Does this just kicked door count as next fight?
We were arguing on a case like this ( as usual, someone is trying to win ) |

Re: Thrown Into the Arena
A curse can be played at any time, so Yes you can play one on a player who has just kicked open the door and revealed a monster.
If a curse refers to "next combat", and the victim is currently in combat, that current combat is counted as the next one, so in your example, the current combat would get the effects of the curse you just played. |
