Hexagram Slipcase
Now that Hexagram is building up a decent number of issues, there have been discussions in the KS comments section about whether a slipcase might eventually be feasible. Assuming more issues are coming, a 6-issue case might be a good size. Suggested names so far have included Hexapod and Hexacase. Or if collecting 8 issues at once, Octopod.
Just a suggestion, natch.

Re: Hexagram Slipcase
If it held 7 issues it would be a Megahexagram

Re: Hexagram Slipcase
Maybe, ideally, the megahexagram slip cover would hold 6 complete issues, and one index, for a total of 7 volumes.

Re: Hexagram Slipcase
That works too. Also, Megahexagram makes a good name for a collected "best of" volume, should they want to do that down the line. As might Hexagrammaton, a play on Tetragrammaton.

This is a great idea. I love all the 'stuff' that is associated with the current era of TFT, but you definitely need to have your act together to keep it all organized.

Re: Hexagram Slipcase
With the Kickstarter for the seventh issue of Hexagram wrapped up, thought I’d resurrect this idea. I’d love to see something to keep my Hexagram issues in similar to the other cardboard containers that have been created for TFT.
Absent that, anyone have any suggestions for something “off the rack” to keep the magazines in? Last edited by Oneiros; 04-20-2021 at 11:48 AM. |

Re: Hexagram Slipcase
I'd buy one (obviously). It would take one organizing problem off my mind as I prepare to assimilate hundreds of new counters and cards!

Re: Hexagram Slipcase
Back in the Pocket Box Kickstarter, slipcases were mooted for those as well. I was just reminded of that when I looked at my shelf of a dozen or more blank Pocket Box spines...

Re: Hexagram Slipcase
Obviously I'd like to see this too. In the meantime I've been using bags from Plymor to store the issues:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B003ZZUJFS They are a very snug fit and it takes a little finagling to get the zine past the ziplock, but the bags are great. Though not as great as a slipcase would be, of course. ~_^
