This is already included on page B510, so we've probably all seen it.

GURPS Dragonball Z
GURPS Tungsten Carbide Drill. (Ah, yes, link dumping. It's a link to a sketch by the british comedy group Monte Python. You may have heard of them. It's called "Northern Playwright")

Some of the ones already mentioned could be playable and may even attract players interested in certain genres. I've run games set in the worlds of Pokemon, Harry Potter and Twilight for my daughter and her friends when they were younger, and even had a short-lived GURPS Smurfs campaign (cribbing extensively from GURPS Bunnies & Burrows) that was kind of fun while it lasted.
That said, my own "offerings" are:

Re: GURPS books you DON'T want to see ;)
GURPS: Gaming Convention - characters spend their time talking to authors, buying stuff, playing short games, and trying to score with the 5 girls who showed up.
GURPS: Angry Birds - characters are the targets, not the birds, and moving or defending yourself is against the rules. GURPS: Manor House - characters are the below-stairs staff of a 19th century manor, at which nothing ever happens except lots and lots of tedious work. GURPS: Third World - characters try to keep from dying of starvation, disease, or genocide while earning just enough money to stay alive. GURPS: Kama Sutra - actually, I might buy that one. GURPS: Star Trek - no no no no, nonono. GURPS: Family Reunion - characters must avoid unpleasant relatives while trying to figure out which cousins are distant enough to fool around with. GURPS: Mass Combat - no, not that one. In this one characters are Roman Catholic priests trying to save peoples souls through prayer and sermons. GURPS: Kansas - trust me, it would suck. GURPS: Telemarketing - characters compete to rack up points for interrupting dinner, parties, movies, and sex, with bonus points for actually selling anything. |
