While that might be too big of a group, that is awesome.

Looking at Clairsentience and Detect, should Penetrating Vision be a leveled trait, or should it have a flat cost using range modifiers (with an expanded table for reduced)?

Looking at the SSR again I change my recommendation to just doubling every level, like Telescopic.
So level 1 and 2 have the same effect, level 3 goes from 18" to 24".
See through 2 feet for 30 points seems pretty effective and not too high a cost.
