How to Get Missing Cards?
My husband and I, and our friends are huge fans of the game. So far we've racked up a pretty good collection of the games, expansions, and accessories.
The question though, is how do we replace missing cards?? We noticed when we bought the Funko Spyke Hireling figure, that he didn't come with his card. So far no one is able to replace it or give us a solution. So I'm wondering just what every else does when they either don't get a card with an accessory purchase (like the Spyke figure, plushies, dice bag, etc.), or if a card(s) goes missing or gets lost, or eaten by the ferret. Is there a special place to get these missing things? Or is it something you'd just have to live without or just spend days hunting down online only to spend way too much on just to keep your games complete. |

Re: How to Get Missing Cards?
Please email orders@warehouse23.com and explain exactly what you're missing (including which version of the Spyke figure you have, in this case). We're closed this week, but our customer service team will be happy to help you out once we reopen. (You may want to give them a couple of days to get through the backlog of orders...)

Re: How to Get Missing Cards?
Thank you so much for the reply, Andrew! I'll be sure to send an email today with all of the information. I think for a temp solution, we'll just use a piece of paper with the card info written on it.

Re: How to Get Missing Cards?
In my experience it's been very hard to find "accessory" cards by themselves online, at least compared to boosters, W23 exclusive expansions, OOP expansions, etc. So it's good you have SJG's customer service to rely on.

Re: How to Get Missing Cards?
We use one of the blank cards and when it comes up it's considered that card.
