I only just now noticed that. No, absolutely not. Tons of people have Fast-Draw (Ammo). Getting to a point where you can reload a detachable-magazine weapon in 2 seconds is pretty easy. Hell, I can do that. The general skill is super useful, super realistic, and pretty widely studied by people who shoot. The Quick-Reload perk, now that's something very rare.

And weighs 33 lb loaded, requires a crew of 2, and the rest of the squad to carry ammo, doesn't even have holdout listed, won't fit in their suitcases, and must be set up in a firing position in order to use in the first place.

This pistol is holdout -1, can be used in daily concealed carry, has only 1 less Acc, can easily be worn along with a few spare magizines and a few pieces of gear and stay at no encumbrance while leaving all your hands free (useful when you're climbing the side of a building), only requires one person to use, stay together and make stealth/climbing rolls, works with Fast Draw, and still allows use of your sky-high active active defenses.

They sleep in hotel rooms, eat at restaurants, try not to leave any evidence for the detectives to find, cross borders with forged documents, and travel from city to city by either taking the train or hopping a propliner - they're civilians, not soldiers! They're too valuable to consider risking in a war zone,
where they could get killed by random shelling.

Well, I specifically noted the MG34 as it can be conveniently used by one person as a LMG and such.

The BAR is another fun TL 6 weapon which doesn't care so much about body armor.
