Looking for a game review on the 80s Necromancer small box game

Hi all!

I recently saw the box art for Necromancer (on the latest kickstarter) and I think it may be a game I've been trying to remember since the 80s.

In the 80s I read a review of a fantasy themed cardboard chit wargame that intrigued me. Since that time, I can no longer find the magazine but have been on a hunt to do so.

Do any of you know of magazines that did a review of Necromancer? I'm looking for the issue, so I can dig it up and see if it's the game I'm looking for.
