Hospital Deal?
"Deal: You may restore Health here by spending 100 gold each. This costs no Move."
It's not so much a deal, as a constant effect then, right?

Re: Hospital Deal?
All Deals are constant effects. If the Deal gives you an Item, that Item is yours to keep for the rest of the game, and not just as long as you are in that room.

Re: Hospital Deal?
Oh no, I get it. It is still a deal. The intent is to assure that timing and turn precedent still have an impact. It is labelled a deal so that it can only be used if there are no monsters in the room. My concern, or question was more "why is it a deal, if it doesn't cost movement to do it" but realizing that this would assure the timing of when it could be used sorta clears that up for me.
