If you mean in general, then they're the ones without a name (i.e. "sheet.gcs" vs "sheet.gcs:Some non-default profile").

If you mean the prebuilt profiles that are included with the Phoenix sheet:
  1. Open the Character Sheet Options window.
  2. Either select an existing Phoenix profile to overwrite or create a new one for that purpose.
  3. Click on the Import from File button (second from right; hovering over any of the buttons will bring up a tooltip), which should open the Import Profile Settings window.
  4. Select the file phoenix-profiles.ini and click Open, which should open the Import Which Profile? window.
  5. Select a profile and click OK.
The profile you selected in step #2 should now have been overwritten with the prebuilt profile selected in step #5.

If neither of those were what you meant, additional details would help.

Right on the money! Thanks!

Announcing Phoenix r64 (requires GCA 4.0.423 or later). [ Download: http://www.motoslave.net/thom/gca/phoenix/ ]

Phoenix r64 highlights:
  • Fixed a fatal bug in the Languages block that would be triggered if a language trait's level was greater than Native.

Announcing Phoenix r65 (requires GCA 4.0.423 or later). [ Download: http://www.motoslave.net/thom/gca/phoenix/ ]

Phoenix r65 highlights:
  • Added three new footnote options which allow: forcing the number of used sub-columns, indenting footnote groups, and adding line-breaks between each note.
I squeezed this in between bouts of chaos, so if you notice something that I've missed or botched, just scream. =)

How do I get this sheet with the new numbering version system. I haven't used this in a while and it seems it updated my version to 4.01

Wow, necro answer, but better late than never I suppose.

That's not the versioning scheme GCA4 uses and, IIRC, it didn't ship with a version that low, regardless. Something may have gotten screwed up in your install, so you might want reinstall GCA4, then the updates. You can get the program and data updates on their page, just be sure to apply the program update and then the data update.

As to how to get Phoenix: Download it and unzip the archive into your sheets directory (e.g. %USER%\Documents\GURPS Character Assistant 4\sheets\). Profit!
