The John Wick universe would be a perfect showcase for Action, Gun Fu and Martial Arts.

It's not that new. It was released in 2014. I have it. It doesn't change anything I said--it's the primary catalyst. It's still really klunky. It's not MechWarrior 3rd Edition/Classic BattleTech Roleplaying Game, but it's really unwieldy.

I mean, GURPS handles BattleTech as well as MechWarrior 2nd Edition (and loads better than MechWarrior 3rd Edition/Classic BattleTech Roleplaying Game). But, an official book would be awesome.

Sorry, as an acolyte of John Wick, the game designer, I always think "but every game should be played dirty."

Recent discussion has me really wanted an Animal sourcebook. Stats and special rules for a wider variety of beasts and GURPS microscope details on horse husbandry and on training animals

1: Bright (the movie on Netflix) would be a good Technomancer/Shadowrun type setting for GURPS.
2: Obligatory wish for Farscape, Firefly, Expanse, etc.
3: Carnival Row

I'm a big fan of both of these and would definitely cast a vote in their direction.

I think a Robert Asprin Myth Adventures might be fun and would provide a new magic system.

I second the vote for Valdamar

/rimshot! (Getit? Catalyst Game Labs?... I'll get my coat.)

On topic, I second the vote for Dishonored, and I'll also throw in Prey for similar style gameplay. And Thief, for that matter. (Actually, a little Action! style sourcebook for doing sneaky-type games such as those would be a pretty awesome non-licensed supplement.)

Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay, as in the Old World. Grim & gritty + GURPS = 3Gs of awesome.

It's a bit obscure, but El Ministerio del Tiempo seems a good fit.

I would dearly love to see a 4th edition Powered by GURPS take on Hellboy and BPRD.

Well, just by way of building up the popularity of GURPS: Lord of the Rings, Star Wars, Star Trek, Alien, Terminator, Blade Runner, Predator, Harry Potter, Warhammer, Warhammer 40000, and Marvel superheroes, DC superheroes.

But for personal tastes Bughunters (TSR's old Replicant PCs verses Aliens, Predators, and Terminators), Star Wolf, Foundation, The Expanse, Uplift.

Another vote for that series!
It practically writes itself.
Imperial Magic I think fits the Default system pretty well with a few easy adds.
Witchcraft could be either Book/Path or RPM without the Ritual Adept advantage.
Sorcery is a bit tougher, maybe best done as Powers.
Lot of lens and templates.
