Changing Dex Order of Action
Four figures are in a fight:
A and B are attacking C, while D is attacking B. A C BD A acts first, the C, then D, then B based on Dx A hits C and knocks them down, causing C to lose their action. D would normally go next...but B, who is attacking C as well, just got +4 Dx. Does B now go? |

Yes, the next figure to act is the one with the highest adjDX at the time of action (p 102, 107).
Also, p 107 is especially relevant for your example, describing how a single figure can have multiple adjDX's depending on which action they take -- including which enemy they're attacking. Two exceptions are listed at the bottom of p 107 (pole charges and bow second shots). The other explicit exception is range penalties for missile attacks, that is described elsewhere. |
