Default Silly Drop Bear Question

When my opponent drops the card, can I blow air at it to try to change the trajectory, so it does not land on my hero, or, even better, lands on his hero?

We have been allowing this in casual play, and tonight, my opponent with 18 damage was hoist by his own petard as the bear landed on his Ranger card.

No. Nor can you reach out and bat the card away, set fire to your opponent's house to induce a forfeit, or start a land war in Asia.

I mean, you CAN do all those things, but it's poor sportsmanship.
