That's easy enough to get around. Put in a small window and it qualifies as a bedroom. I know what you're thinking: natural light ruins the effectiveness as a dungeon. Just darken the walls a few extra shades to compensate and let the window (suitably barred, of course) serve as a reminder that freedom is forever just beyond their next deadline.

Alternately, slip the inspector a few bucks to list the sharks as "novelty pool toys."

Or they could have a remote-controlled Robot Kromm teleoperated through the Omninet. Which we could hack to divert effort to projects more highly valued by the computer-literate.


Note: Make sure that both teleoperated evil robot Kromms and novelty pool-sharks are in the Bestiary, clearly distinguished from mediaeval motorcycles.
