That seems like a complicated approach, when HP Lovecraft's work is in the public domain, presumably allowing SJG to publish GURPS Yog-Sothothery or whatever without dealing with another company.

There is also Third Edition Cthulu Punk which would be good to update.

Ah, thank you. I'll leave it up there but since its not a digital try to remember to skip it from now on. Luckily MH coming out today cleared a lot of character count for the rumors posts anyhow!

That might explain why its not on the New Releases page yet too.

Its not, thats another item for wich we dont have a title yet. The rumor page (first 4 or 5 posts in this thread) is current as of yesterday and pushed this item to published. This one has been listed under its title for a couple of months now.

Just to echo Rory. It's not. SNO-51 is still in final checks by me and in its first draft. I'll be submitting it at the beginning of next month.

Lovecraft's work is, but many other Lovecraftian authors' work isn't, and this is famously a minefield for publishers (going back as far as the original Deities & Demigods).

My spit-balling concept was to piggy-back on another company's already-written adventure, by providing a conversion booklet for NPCs, creatures, hazards, etc. That way you could provide adventures, take advantage of existing and popular intellectual property, and accomplish crossover marketing.

That said, there would certainly be logistical difficulties.
