Re: The 2018 Digital Release Speculation Thread
So its a holiday, my eye infection is getting better, and my power hasnt gone out once today (heavy storms the past week)so lets celebrate by random guessing!
Hot Spots the Smithsonian Museum is up next! Clues...its a masterpiece and a travelogue. Somehow made me think of Night at the Museum so there ya have it. After that we have the latest Steampunk item which sounds like artillery weapons. Kinda cool. Fewer details on... Monster Hunters has two upcoming items, one by Christopher Rice and the other by PK. Stalled in Peer review makes me think PKs is crunch heavy. What could it be? Christoper Rice is best known for his magic but hes no one trick pony either. I'm guessing Cryptids. High Tech item by William Stoddard zipped through review and might be related to Steamtech. My guess is light on crunch even with that bit about trigonometry. Its just I suspect a crunch heavy book would have taken longer to review. So Rocketry? Steampunk 3 (I sense a theme...) by Phil Masters This one is Soldiers and Scientists. Invention and mass deployment? inventions with war level funding? Looking forward to it but I admit its a mystery. I left stuff out but thats my guesswork. Whats yours?

You know, when Kromm announced the title of that one, I assumed that the nature of the book was boringly obvious. It's the part of the line that some people thought should come first, after all.

I suspect the New Naming Policy (as in seen in Boardroom and Curia) is causing confusion.

Well if Proteus guessed right it is obvious, though I still missed it.

Refplace, I just noticed your real name from the Warehouse 23 link in your signature. Now I want to hear you speculate about the subject of that Powers supplement currently in playtesting.... :-) (I kid.)

Re: The 2018 Digital Release Speculation Thread
If you missed it, then I missed it as well, and I've got two books in the pipeline. Double-secret policy?
(OK, there was a call from Upstairs to give Boardroom and Curia a more interesting name than GURPS Organizations, but everything I've worked on since then has been pretty conventional, title-wise.)

Re: The 2018 Digital Release Speculation Thread
There's been a tendency for double-barrelled, sometimes alliterative, titles recently, at least with steampunk titles.

Re: The 2018 Digital Release Speculation Thread
Well, my next book is going to have alliteration in the title, but it's not exactly steampunk (though it could be used in a steampunk campaign, I think).
