She will keep in mind, that too much charity can be construed as vanity, but since she draws a regular income fully sufficient to support her, she will donate all her tips.

The rest of the voyage to Barnard passes uneventfully. Dr. Chevalier earns (and presumably donates) another §200 in tips. Ultimately, the TSS Hiawatha re-enters normal space in the Barnard system. Barnard is a barren rock of a world scarely larger than Terra's moon, with a population of a mere 1,200 persons who have been unable to secure passage out-system. [Perhaps the Hiawatha's passengers are on just such a rescue mission?] At any rate, there is little reason to remain here for any length of time past what is needed to unload passengers, re-fuel, and possibly take on any desperate souls who are able to leave this purgatory. The port is a B Class StarPort, so it does have a serviceable UpPort and a reasonably accommodating DownPort. Trade here of any sort will be an unlikely occurrance under the best of circumstances.

*OOC: It has come to my attention that I have been erroneously assuming that trade is conducted here using the Credit as the unit of currency. Instead, Terran Confederation Solars are the unit of currency in vogue. My apologies for this oversight. I will be using the notation § {hold down [ALT] while typing 21 on the number pad} for Solars [example: §3,000,000 or §3M for 3 million Solars] exclusively while you are in Terran Confederation territory, and immediately cease using the "CR" notation. I ask that you all do likewise, please?
