Would anyone be interested in making me 2 anime characters?

Hey guys im looking to build a Itachi from naruto, and Saitama from One Punch Man... I'm still trying to figure it out myself as im newer to the game. I'm not sure how many points we are using yet so try to keep the points low please and thank you guys!

I'm not familiar enough with Naruto to know how to stat up Itachi, but I can say that Saitama is probably in the several-thousands of character points for his raw strength, speed, and cinematic abilities (avoiding inertia to make rapid changes in speed, being able to punch so hard it destroys things at a distance).

I'd be willing to stat up Itachi if I had more knowledge. With what I know of Naruto characters, I'd say a highly-physical 300-400 point character, with a large chunk of special abilities. Don't forget a custom-built "Requires Hand Gestures" limitation. I'd say that's worth -20% or so. :P

Dont build Saitama. He is a Plot character, like Superman and The Doctor.

Saitama Is the most durable, Strongest, Fastest person in the world and beyond as far as we know. If you want to make someone like him then first figure out what is the most damaging attack in your game world is and then give him enough DR and/or Injury Tolerance Damage Reduction to completely negate it, and then enough ST to deal more damage than that, and then make him faster than the fastest thing in your game.


Itachi is a little more doable, first thing you need to do is create the list of jutsus he has. Write them down and what they do (cause I forgot what he knows lol).

To be fair, Superman already exists (in some form) as Archetype from GURPS: Supers!

And the Doctor would be stat-able as well--just don't forget to give him a high Move and Fit--he does a lot of running! :P

As a side note, my concept for Saitama was a normal human with Unusual Background: No Character Point Limit + Unusual Background: Exotic Advantages (Super); basically he just kept gaining character points with no upper limit, and spent them on greater and greater stats---instead of more Wealth, I guess! :P

This is pretty much the list of his jutsu's if you or anyone else wouldnt mind id like to chat on skype or some other VoIP program to make him would be easier for me to understand the process as well. If not no biggie!

Sharingan
-Copies techniques, provides faster reaction time, and heightens natural senses.

Sanzengarasu no Jutsu
-A thousand crows form, confusing an opponent, those wearing dark become almost invisible.

Kawarimi no Jutsu
=Replacement technique, which will replace your location with an object.

Henge no Jutsu
-Transformation technique, which allows you to transform into an object or a person.

Kai
-Releases genjutsu techniques.

Bunshin no Jutsu
-Basic clone technique, without substance, clones can't attack or use techniques.

Magen: Kyoten Chiten
-Reverses Genjutsu techniques.

Magen: Moeru Karada Kami no Jutsu
-A genjutsu, used during the Sharingan activation, makes the opponent become paper-like and begin to burn.

Magen:Kasegui
-Shackles the opponent, and makes them feel as though they are being stabbed by wedges, they lose control of their body.

Suiton: Suigaden
-Almost unavoidable water bullets form around an opponent and immediately go to them.

Mizu Bunshin no jutsu
-The user creates a clone with 1/10 the users strength.

Crow Clone Technique
-A genjutsu used by Itachi, this clone turns into a flock of crows when struck.

Kage Bunshin no jutsu
-Clones with substance, that can use techniques from the host.

Utakata - Ephemeral
-Using his ring, Itachi will use a genjutsu that played upon the fear of the opponent.

Bunshin Daibakuha
-Clone explosion technique.

Mangekyou Sharingan Tsukoyomi
-A torture technique lasting for 72 hours.

Mangekyou Sharingan Amaterasu
-Black divine flames.

Transcription Seal: Amaterasu
-Itachi may implant the Amaterasu in someone else to be used as a fail safe when they are in danger.

Mangekyou Sharingan Susanoo
-Skeletal summon - considered ultimate defense. (May also attack

Katon: Gokakyu no jutsu
-Great Fireball technique.

Katon: Ryoka no jutsu
-the user breathes fire alone a cord or any long object.

Katon: Houusenka no Jutsu
-The user will shoot out multiple fire balls, these can be added to kunai, to hide their effect, so even if extinguished, the kunai still go.
