Level 30

Me and my bro have been playing Munchkin for a while now, and we always play epic rules. But recently we've noticed that playing to level 20 is a little too quick for us. Does anyone have any ideas for what should be done for a game to level 30?

Apply forehead to nearest flat, hard object. (Or vice versa.) Repeat until the urge passes.
