There's the Colt model 1855 on page 104 of High Tech. It's technically a 5 shooter, but it's definitely doable.

Colt 1855

Downside is that its percussion cap.

Starting at the sixth round of combat things would start to get hectic.

By 1874 could there not have been a (fictional) cartridge conversion for the 1855. That owuld make the 6 round a little less hectic.

I'm sure that some late-1800's gun smith could make something like this.

Lady Victoria’s player will tonight be advised that the strapping together of rifle and shotgun is not an advisable choice from the point of view of either weight or handling characteristics. Instead she will be offered the following choice of guns:

Colt Model 1867 Revolving Shotgun
An updated version of the unsuccessful Model 1855 (which had the disadvantage of sometimes spraying the firer’s left wrist with burning powder), the Model 1867 features an improved breech sealing mechanism which slows down the rate of fire (from 2 to 1 per turn) but eliminates the risk of propellant leakage and chainfire (when all the cylinders fire together). It also accepts cartridges rather than the loose shot-loads and caplock firing of the 1855.
It is a five-cylinder weapon available in 20-gauge for small-game hunting or 12-gauge.

Kynaston & Chattaway Model-6 Harmonica Shotgun
Gunsmith James Chattaway of Sheffield manufactures this gun to the design of Walter Kynaston, Exterminator-General to the Archbishop of York. Once again the slow breech-sealing mechanism restricts the RoF to 1, but by carrying spare ‘harmonicas’ the problem of reloading can be simplified. Each ‘harmonica’ contains six shots, but to eject an empty harmonica is a free action (one turn if you want to catch it and drop it in a handbag or pouch, rather than simply abandoning it where it falls) and a new one can be loaded in two turns (one to retrieve it from an easily-accessible bag or pouch, the second to insert it into the mechanism).
Kynaston’s original ‘zombie-crusher’ is an 8-gauge weapon, for which he favours solid ball, but Chattaway also offers it in 12-gauge for the less physically endowed gentleman monster-hunter. Different loads can be prepared in separate harmonicas – cycling through the cylinders of a harmonica without firing can be done at the rate of two per turn if you have need to change loads halfway through – or in the same one if you have some reason to suspect that will be necessary. Kynaston is reported to habitually carry a harmonica with five loads of shot and then a ball in the final chamber, after an experience with a flying demon diving down on him.

Lady Victoria’s gunsmith advises that the Colt is rumoured to have the advantage of reliability, but in the possible situation Her Ladyship envisages (a combined assault by Chinese hopping zombies, gargoyles, envenomed flying monkeys, and kung-fu monks) the five-shot limit before a longer reloading time would probably make the Kynaston & Chattaway a more practical option – as long as it keeps working! He would also advise her to enquire about the feasibility of longer harmonicas – a twelve-cartridge model may restrict the efficacy of the weapon in a restricted space, but in such an intensive battle, twice the shots before reloading might come in very handy!

The gunsmith's advise is sound indeed! Let us know how it turns out...

If your gadgeteer can make that harmonica flexible like a chain you get belt fed shotguns... which are just hapiness covered in awesomsauce!
