Presumably, Unaging makes you immune to aging attacks, unless you took a limitation to it so it just protects you against normal aging. In that case, you might well be affected by the attack, especially given its Cosmic enhancement.

Creatures with longer lifespans would still be affected, they'd just take longer to die.
