Playing cards during combat
iii) Suppose several players want to screw over someone during combat. Can they do so in whatever order, or should they follow the playing order?

Re: Playing cards during combat
There is no fixed order for playing cards during a combat. Anyone may play cards as they see fit. (There are some cards that specify an order for their effects, such as "start with the player to your left," but that's a special case.)
Remember, also, that cards take effect as soon as they are played unless an effect actually cancels them (for instance, a Wishing Ring can cancel a Curse).
