Not in the real world. The Thule Gesellschaft was disbanded in the 1920s. After the Nazis took power, von Sebottendorf tried to portray himself and the society as precursors of Hitler, which was mightily disliked by the regime. Von Sebottendorf was jailed for a while, his book forbidden; then he thought better to leave for Turkey.

In any case, if you look for a place that still exists and that was linked with the Thule Gesellschaft when it existed, in the late 1910s and early 1920s, that's not in Berlin. It's in Munich, the Vier Jahreszeiten Hotel (still a luxury hotel today, BTW).

Speaking of the Berlin Subway - you can meet ... interesting people there. And ponies. (Yes, the link is old, but the pictures give some ideas for encounters)

As for the Brocken - haven't been there (yet), but AFAIK it is a nice area for hiking (or skiing, if we will ever have snow again). The old listening station (which had the nice nickname "Stasi Mosque" back than) was turned into a museum. You can take a steam train right up to it.
And today, in Walpurgis night, there is a big party on Brocken.

Fate of Cthulhu is sort of Terminator meets CoC.

About half of the PCs come from a future after a Great Old One rose. They have some intel on 4 events that are key to mitigating or delaying that disaster. For this scenario, the PCs know of events at Miskatonic (just finished that one), the Alexanderplatz station, a Friedrichshain police station, and on Broken Peak. They can take them in any order (the timeline is deliberately vague).

For this adventure, what they know is someone on the Dark Web purchased what is claimed to be a copy of the Necronomicon looted by the Nazis from the French National Library and will be picking it up at a specific date and time from a locker at the Alexanderplatz station.

It is not only a subway station.

I have found this plan of the station, the acces to the subway is probably in the sub level ("Untergeschoss") - "Erdgeschoss" is "ground floor" and "Bahnsteigebene" is "platform level". "Schließfächer" means "baggage locker", see in the legend.

This graphic ("Alex: ÖPNV in fünf Etagen") is an overview of the stations levels.

A google picture search for "bahnhof alexanderplatz innen -hbf" gives pictures of the interior.

Edit: And of course, in our days, people put films of the station online.

Man, TL 8 is really amazing.

It is, it´s marked with the white U on blue. The compass rose is wrong. The Alexanderplatz is to the northeast and the TV Tower to the southwest. The connection to the U-Bahn is in the southeast.

Pics and movie perfect. Minor questions -- some sources say no ticket gets between the street and trains/station. Correct? Would one expect to see police around on an average day?

Do you mean ticket gates? No such thing in berlin at all. There are roving patrols checking people in the trains for tickets instead. The risk of being caught is pretty low. If you get caught, that´s a € 60,- fine.

I would estimate the chance to see police just walking around at maybe 25%. Usually I don´t see them, but sometimes I do.

Yeah, but look up Polizeiwache am Alexanderplatz. It's a small Police post, 24/7, no more than 50 meters from the nearest entrance to the main station and 20 from one of the secondary entrances of the U-Bahn part of it.
I think it was already there in 2018.

I believe so too. And the Rote Rathaus (city hall) is ony a few hundred meters away, and they definitely have police there.
