With Arkham Horror, I had one chart for the turn sequence, and a separate one covering how to resolve Encounters and Combat. I also had another one that was very simple, because it was JUST the turn sequence, without any rules reminders on it. The idea being that it's a reminder itself, not a walkthrough.

I'd break Combat out into a separate chart, simplify things a bit on the main chart - only reference common rules that are easily overlooked (like rolling your color gets you DxM), but otherwise leave rule references off.

Too many ideas, not enough time. Thread closure occurring to prevent even too many more ideas being thrown at those of us with too little time.
