Default Summoner Class Pathfinder

I'm not sure if I understand the ability of the Summoner 'Eidolon':

I can add ANY monsters (no limit) to the combat. But not only combat in my turn or as helper, but any combat, included those the summoner is not directly involved. Is right?

And the other one 'Summoning': the 'top monster' is the first monster found in the discard pile, right?

Thanks

Answer 1:

Summoner says "monsters" so it's assumed that this means it can be used multiple times. Each time you do it, it's effect kicks in and turns the discarded monster card into a one-shot item that gives a +X Combat Bonus (to either side, I'm assuming, since most One-Shot items that give Combat Bonuses are "to either side") where X is it's twice its treasure value. This can be used during ANY combat, your own or another player's, and whether you're the Helper or not.

Answer 2:

The Discards in Munchkin are not public knowledge. So what you do is, before you Kick Open the Door: Discard 1 card from your hand; reveal cards from the top of the Door Discards until you reveal a Monster card; put that monster card into your hand, and put the cards revealed from the discards back in the order you revealed them. Then, Kick Open the Door.

I understand correctly: the Summon is very powerful.

Thanks.

Emilang is correct; however, I don't mean to nitpick, but the Summoner's Eidolon ability doesn't make them one-shot Items, merely one-shot Bonuses. I make the distinction because there are cards that affect one-shot Items specifically, that do not affect other kinds of bonuses, and thus would not affect the Summoner's ability.

I officially endorse Emil and Enzzo's statements.

I played with Fantasy set mixed with Pathfinder set in these days, and there are some combinations very powerful, like Class Summoner and Race Gnome.
I can take monster(s) from the discard pile, Looking For Trouble and use other monsters to help me in the combat, as Gnome and as Summoner.

What do people think about the summoning ability? It says once per turn you can summon the top monster from the door deck. Does that mean you can do it one time on your turn (not keep discarding to summon multiple monsters) Or only on your turn. By saying once per turn, it makes me think that you can do it on everybody's turn, before they kick down the door.

By saying 'before Kicking Open the Door', it implies that it must be your turn, as you don't Kick Open the Door on other players turns (they do.) So it's only on your turns, not all players' turns.

When the summoner uses his ability and adds a monster as a one shot bonus. Can wandering monster be played because there is a monster to attach it to?

Example: Bob is fighting a Goblin and Bob needs help. Can I as a summoner give a one shot combat bonus to Bob and then because I used a monster add wandering monster plus a new monster all towards helping Bob.

No, but it's a nice try.
