What Cost of Living gets you

There's the modern list on page 266, and I think there are others in Banestorm and in Transhuman Space: Changing Times. Are there any other official ones? I seem to recall a Victorian era one, but I might be mentally inserting one in Orders or Precedence (Pyramid #39) where none exists.
