Default Stating a Greek Style Hydra

I'm trying to figure out the best way to do this.

Essentially I'd like it where a head can be removed like a limb, but will grow back in so many rounds as two heads if not burned/acid with two heads in it's place. And it gains another attack per head.

Regrowth with the Duplication enhancement, and a high level of Regeneration, Limited: Regrowth Only (-40%).

Throw an appropriate Bane on both, and buy Extra Attack, Accessibility: Not more than the current number of heads.

The hydra is written up in Banestorm, pp. 222-223. The regeneration ability is just given as "Regeneration (heads only, special variant - see notes)," without any point value.

Given the speed with which the new heads grow, it seems to be Very Fast Regeneration.

The heads regrow even faster than that. Maybe use a layer of DR (Absorption:One Trait: Extra Head(s) +80% [or maybe Two traits: Extra Heads and Extra Attacks +90%], neck only -50%, cutting attacks only -40%, can't wear armor -40%) to fuel creation of extra heads. Every time enough damage is done to a neck to remove it, a new head is sprouted instantly, so there's never really any damage done to the creature itself. Add a special effect for apparent damage (blood, dead heads, etc).

Extreme regeneration, not Very Fast. 10 HP/s (Scaled by total HP) is "grow back a limb in a second" kind of healing.

It takes ten seconds for the heads to grow to the point that they can attack, and presumably reach full normal HP, since they can be destroyed by fire damage before that time is up. That looks closer to VF Regen.

Total bodily destruction is -10 x HP.

Which means 11 seconds to regrow from a pile of ash into a full body. That's a bit excessive for just one limb to grow back.
