Pollymorph potion, Wand of dowsing and wandering monster
Hello.
Player A played Pollymorph potion on only monster in combat. Can Player B use "2,6 seconds rule" to quickly play Wand of dowsing to get Wandering Monster from discards and play it with monster from his hand to continue this combat? |

This answer is no. As soon as the last monster leaves combat for any reason, combat is over.
We have ruled this differently in the past but this ruling supersedes those. More information here.

So, does it mean, that I can't anymore use Wandering Monster after the only monster in combat was authomatically killed (like Floating Nose after Potion of Halitosis)?

Yes, that's what it means.

So, another question - can I play Lose-A-Level cards to prevent player's victory after authomatic monster killing?

Unless the card says it can prevent a win, no. You'd have to use them before or during the combat.
