That would be an Alternate Attack Grouping one build for sword form, and one for Axe form

Alternate Attacks do not require a Ready to change between them.

That's probably a 5% limiter on them, I'd say. Not a big deal, but worth something. I wouldn't apply it broadly, but for switching from one melee weapon to another requiring a ready, I'd be happy with a 5% limiter on all of them. Maybe 10% if it took a ready maneuver to draw any of them in the first place.
