Ghoul Brain Eating

In certain versions of the ghoul species I've read about, particularly Pagan Publishing's Delta Green, the ghouls seem to have the ability to gain the memories of the brains they eat as well as fragments of the personality and skills; I was planning to work this up as a combination of the following advantages/disadvantages:

Racial Memory (Only the memories of the brains you've eaten)
Voices (Fragmentary personality shards of brains you have eaten)
Nightmares (Snapshots of the lives of the brains you have eaten)

This seems to be the sort of power that would really mess somebody up thanks to the remnant personalities, and not being an exact science would result in all sorts of problems and side effects from trying to sort all the voices out.

Does this sound appropriate/feasible? Am I missing some obvious other advantage or disadvantage?

Hm. For a particularly powerful version, you could replace or supplement the Racial Memory with Mind Probe (Accessability: must eat brain to probe it; Cosmic: Works on the dead; Memory Bank: Unlimited Capacity)

Eat the brain, spend an hour digesting it and make a Quick Contest of your IQ with the former brain-owners Will (when alive). If successful, you incorporate a snap-shot of the brain-owners mind that you can interrogate later with successful IQ rolls to answer questions or to eliminate Acting penalties for impersonating them.

This is useful - especially given that there are various other brain scoffing memory stealing things ... dopplegangers are also alleged to do this and I think there was even a Mythos spell that let any old psychopath do it...

A basic brain-eater package would be more like ...

Channelling (Aware +50%; Link +10%; Nuisance Effect/-4 reaction from witnesses -20%; Preparation Required/10 minutes -30%; Trigger/Eat brain of subject -30%) [8 points]

Mind Probe (Link +10%; Memory Bank +100%; Universal +50%; Specialized/Dead People Only -50%; Trigger/Eat brain of subject -30%) [36 points]

Racial Memory/Anyone whose brain has been eaten [15 points]

For getting to the brain, I'd recommend Sharp Teeth. Phantom Voices would be a good Disadvantage.

What do you think of modular abilities too? If the ghoul is intelligent, maybe it has the option to pick up some of the mental skills of the person they eat the brain of. And the next time they eat a brain, they can choose to replace the ones they have or keep the old ones.
