Default Does the Fear spell stack with Persuasion?

Persuasion: "Causes subject to react to others at from +1 to +5."

Fear: "Those in the area feel fright. You get +3 to reaction and influence rolls in situations where threats would be effective...."

So can I combo those to spells to Intimidate / Interrogate at +8?

I'd be inclined to say no, given one makes people fear you and the other makes people like you. I might even have them cancel each other.

Persuasion does not say that they like you. It provides a bonus to parties who interact with the subject. Those interactions from Persuasion could be of the Intimidating or Interrogating variety RAW.

If I was GMimg this, I’d allow it if RP’d well by the player trying to pull this off.

Then after the delve and back in Town, they parley the story to a bard, who could weave it into new song about Borden Moran: “Persuasion by Fear, A Tyrant’s Story”

Yes, but both spells are resisted by Will, so most targets where +8 would actually be useful will also resist one or both spells.

Yeah, I'd allow it, it's a pretty decent investment in resources to stack those bonuses and a non-trivial chance of the target resisting.
