Wow.....
So..... I'm not sure if I just got lucky last time, or if I am unlucky this time. In the past two months I've placed two over one hundred orders from warehouse 23. When I got my first order, it was awesome! I got a bunch of promo cards! Coasters, an old foil Ed, some bookmarks, and a zombies poster! I may or may not have been jumping up and down like a child on Xmas. I won't confirm or deny that. So it comes time for my birthday, I make another hundred dollar order. This time I got ten promo cards, and five bookmarks. So was I just lucky last time? Let me know my fellow munchkineers!

I believe they have stated that they have internal regulations for dictating which promos get sent out based on what/how much you order. I'm not sure if there is any randomness to the selection, or if it just depends on when you order and how much you spend.

Promos are always subject to availability. It's very likely Warehouse 23 had more promos available to send earlier in the year.
