Movement question.

I did a search on both of these cards and found nothing. I hope this question hasn't been asked before.

I start with both Boots of running really fast and Slippery slippers of sliding in my hand. I start with three movement and use them. I get down to three red feet. I drop boots of running really fast. Take another foot and use it. Can I swap out my boots and get an additional movement from equipping my slippers?

Can this be done every turn to get an a total of 5 movement?

No. Page six, under Changing Move Mid-Turn:

If your move changes in the middle of your turn, play as though you had started the turn with the new move.

When you swap your boots for the slippers, your move becomes four but you play as though you had started the turn with four moves. You have used four moves this turn, so can't move again.
