A couple curse questions

1. Curse: Lose a small item - do one shots count as a "small item"? Or does it have to be something equippable (ie headgear, footgear, etc)?

2. Curse: lose the item giving you the biggest bonus - Does it have to be an item that is currently equipped? For example, if I have a +4 1 hand item, but a +5 2 hand item unequipped (and I have it unequipped because I have two hand items) which item do I lose? The equipped item, or the item that has the "potential biggest bonus"

Follow up: If an item is enhanced like in munchkin booty, you have a ship with 3 +2 enhancers (so total its a +8) is that your "biggest bonus item"?
