Discarding for the Fleshreaper
I know that one-shots and other enhancers are not put to the discard pile until after the combat has ended but we had an interesting discussion (I lost) about the Fleshreaper.
The Fleshreaper says that for every 100 GP of item you discard, you get a +2 bonus. Are the cards discarded for the bonus to the Fleshreaper put immediately in the discard pile, thus making them eligible for pick up with the Bungee Cord? Or are they held in limbo until after combat? As a secondary part, if we mate the Fleshreaper do you get +4 for every 100 GP discarded? Thanks in advance. |

Re: Discarding for the Fleshreaper
The Fleshreaper's Mate doesn't double the bonus. If it makes it easier to understand, you could think of it as: Discard an Item to get a combat bonus of +2 for every 100 gold that item is worth. Both monsters would have that ability, though.

Re: Discarding for the Fleshreaper
Each discard either counts for the Fleshreaper or its Mate, not both.
