You might want to use direct links to the post in question, like this:

Otherwise all the posts always link to just to most recent post on your blog.

Also, there are 4e converted Reeks in Banestorm, too.

Thanks For the help on the links. I totally forgot about reeks being in Banestorm, I just don't use it as a resource all that often.
