[Powers] Model A 3D Gravitic Well Ability

A common ability in video games is a "Singularity" or "black hole" ability which creates a field that pulls enemies in to it's center constantly and damages enemies at it's center. I'm wondering about how to model this in GURPS, especially since a key feature is that (if they are a gravitic power) they pull the target in towards their center regardless of the targets HP.

Sounds like Telekinesis with the Attraction modifier, at least for the attraction effect. Alternatively, you could model it as a variation on Binding.

Control Gravity is the only option that will work exactly like a gravity well but its probably easier to ignore the field equations and just buy a whole bunch of TK with Atractor and Area Effect and Emanation.
