Default The Ogre book as an addon?

I know it's way too early to be asking about this, but I'm curious if in the game's continued development that there might be a chance to add more stuff to it--perhaps the Ogre Book material as an example?

I wouldn't even start worrying about "The Ogre Book" material until the core rules/content have been added. At the current pace, I'll be happy just to get the rest of the basic units fully implemented.

Eh, well all the basic stuff is there. I'm unsure of what you're referring to by "all" basic units.

Do you mean stuff like Asian Ogres?

I mean stuff like LGEVs, Trucks and Hovertrucks. That's not even dealing with cruise missiles, lasers, etc. You know, the rest of the stuff that's been around since 1984.

I won't even get into the basically nonexistent terrain destruction rules, or real bridges or...

Bottom line, until they have everything that's in the actual ODE rulebook (not even the new Battle Box PDF that has the most current 6th Edition rules), there's no business pulling from fan articles in the Ogre Book.

My bad. I misunderstood. I've only recently gotten back into the game over the last couple of years.

Yeah, light GEVs et al would be nice and interesting to have.
