Adding/removing Classes from Super Munchkin
Hi everyone,
Can we change from being super wizard to playing both wizard and dwarf ? Then somehow lose one of them and switch back to one super class ? Thanks |

Re: Super munchkin's abilities
Dwarf is a race not a class, so super doesn't affect it. You can stop being a race or class at anytime, but you cannot gain a new race or class except on your turn (I think).

I changed the name of this thread so that people wouldn't get confused and think it was a duplicate of the other thread. We always ask that everyone try to make thread titles descriptive to assist in searching for answers to previously asked questions.
As for answering your question: Dwarf is a Race, not a Class. You can always be a Dwarf Wizard. However, you can't always be a Wizard-Thief (both Classes), and you would need to use Super Munchkin to do that. You can discard your Class at any time during the game, and as long as you have one Class along with Super Munchkin, you can keep it. If you lose both Classes, even for an instant, you'd lose Super Munchkin. On your turn, or if you happened to just receive the card (e.g., as Charity), you could play a new Class to your Super Munchkin if you have an opening (i.e., you have only one Class). All of this also applies to Half-Breed, which works for Races, rather than Classes, in the exact same way. |

Re: Adding/removing Classes from Super Munchkin
Thanks for advice, I've made mistakes.
So as you said, as long as we have class in play we don't lose Super Munchkin. Ex: I play Wizard, then Super Munchkin. Now I become Super Wizard with all advantages. Then I change my mind to play another class, such as thief. So I play 2 classes simultaneously until I lose one of my classes, say, wizard, which makes me become Super Thief ? And again I play another class, Warrior, until I lose thief, I become Super Warrior or do I lose my Super Munchkin ? And I just keep repeating that as not to lose my Super Munchkin. Is that possible ? |

I don't see any problems with the sequence you've suggested, as long as you are playing Classes on your turn or Class cards that you have just received (for example, as part of Charity).
