Build it how you like, but Mr. Incredible clearly breaks away from the first goop blob, and keeps running despite hits for several seconds, until he's knocked of his feet and overwhelmed by them. I meant "break free" as in you are now completely unaffected by any previous Bindings.

We need something (Cosmic, I guess) to allow you to "break away" without "breaking free" -- until the layered Binding becomes too great for you to break away also.

I think we're in agreement.

I hope you invoke Control Points, because while I'm biased, the accumulation of control points, lowering both DX and ST over time until you're immobile, is perfect for this application.

Vaguely related, the Ultratech Tangler rounds stack as well, with multiple hits increasing the ST penalty to break free.
