TL 9 Sound Suppressors and Flash Hiders

I was searching through Ultra Tech for silencers and flash hiders for firearms and noticed that there were none (or at least I did not find them)

any rules and stats on these?

No, not in UT. It's very necessarily done at a lower level of detail than HT. Also, even at just TL9 there are options inherently more subtle than firearms.

Hans addresses the subject of TL9 suppressors in a Pyramid Article 3/57 I believe.
